Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of VeeSMS at veesms.com. By creating an account or using the service you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use VeeSMS.

1. The service

VeeSMS lets you rent temporary virtual phone numbers to receive SMS verification codes, through our website and API. Numbers are provided by third-party carriers and suppliers, are temporary and shared, and are intended only for receiving messages.

2. Accounts

• You must be at least 18 and provide accurate information.
• You are responsible for all activity on your account and for keeping your password and API key confidential.
• One person or business should not operate multiple accounts to evade limits or bans.

3. Balance, prices and payments

• Prices are shown in Turkish lira and may change at any time; the price you see when you confirm a purchase is the price you pay.
• You top up a prepaid balance. An activation is charged when you buy a number and refunded automatically as described in the Refund Policy.
• Balance has no cash value, earns no interest and cannot be transferred to other users.
• You are responsible for any taxes and payment fees that apply to your top-ups.

4. No guarantee of acceptance

We work to supply numbers with the best delivery rates, but we cannot guarantee that a third-party service will accept a given number or send a message. The third party alone decides whether to accept a registration or verification.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to use VeeSMS to:

• break the law, commit fraud, or impersonate others;
• harass, threaten or defraud people, or send unsolicited bulk messages;
• access accounts or services without authorization, or bypass security controls in a way that violates the rights of others;
• receive messages that contain sensitive personal, financial or medical information;
• attack, overload, scrape or reverse engineer our platform, or resell access without our written consent.

You are solely responsible for complying with the terms of any third-party service you register with using a VeeSMS number.

6. API use

API access is provided for legitimate integrations. We may rate-limit or suspend keys that cause disruption or that are used in breach of these terms.

7. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or close an account, and cancel activations, if we reasonably believe these terms have been broken, if required by law, or to protect the service. You can stop using VeeSMS at any time and request deletion of your account. Unused balance on an account closed for violations may be forfeited.

8. Availability

VeeSMS is provided "as is" and "as available". Stock, countries and services depend on upstream suppliers and may change or become unavailable without notice. We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, VeeSMS is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, loss of profit, data or goodwill, or for actions taken by third-party services. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the activation that gave rise to the claim.
